The Only Thing That Works For Me Other That Medication Is Sprite, And Dill Pickles. Sounds Crazy But The Sprite calms my stomach and The Vinger In The Pickels Counteract The Acid. Hope I Helped Someone =]

You should also try mixing baking soda and cold water; although the taste may be unbarable, the bicarbonate will help eliminate reflux for a’time; it’s the equivalent to taking a Pepcid AC tablet. Face the facts though, all foods have acids so none are safe to combating GERD. To limit reflux is a simple process and that’s to lose weight and exercise regularly. It’s too bad I’m limited to a character amount otherwise I’d share more information, so if anyone has questions, feel free to message me.

yes they have them or GNC also has them, just take a few before or after you eat they taste good and work great.
prilosec and other meds like it does not cure the acid reflux so after awhile you need a stronger dose and they also keep the good acids form working.
I’ve noticed that stomach crunches give me heartburn and is not something that I making up, I actually get heartburn when I do stomach crunches and other stomach exercises more than twice a week. hmm! weird! : – / Well… I’ll keep looking into natural remedies to treat my sporadic affliction since I am mostly against prescription drugs which help you with one condition and hurt you with their 20+ dangerous to fatal side effects. Sometimes the remedy is worst than the actual problem.

I have a heartburn and im only 9 years old. Im seriously hurt. It hurts really(ouch!) bad!!!!!
If its really bad then go to your doctor and get medication for it… if its not that bad then get some Gaviscon. I use Gaviscon and it works. I get the chewable ones.
